Our Guarantee to YOU
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you aren't satisfied with a recent purchase, please contact us within 21 days to receive a return authorization (RA) for any unused product. We'll provide a refund, exchange or credit on your next order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns past 21 days, if approved, may be subject to restocking and return-freight fees. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
If your order is Damaged
Please contact us within 15 days to report any damaged products you have received, and we'll send a replacement. Before signing for any delivery, inspect your packages for damage. Make note of any damage and the number of packages received and have the driver sign as well.
If your product is Defective
If a product proves to be defective within one year of purchase and with normal use, we’ll repair or replace the item. Some products may also be covered by manufacturer's warranties for a longer time period. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information and assistance.
Electronic items
Electronic devices or tablets may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Returned electronic devices must be in their original packaging and unused. Any returned electronic item that is damaged through customer misuse, missing parts or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in restocking fees based on the condition of the product.
